first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Marana Town Hall, although the date or
time may change, or Spedal Meetings may he called at other times and/or places. Contact Town
lIall or watch for Posted agendas for other meetings. This agenda may he revised up to twenty-four

Rezone: An application for approval to rezone approximately 24.5 acres from "C"

Town Council will be sitting as the Board of Adjustment for this item. Request by
Schomac Group Inc., for a lot depth variance on a proposed Light Industrial Subdivision.
This request is to obtain a variance to allow for less than the minimum 200-foot lot depth
requirement per the "U" (Light Industrial) Zone, 05.12.02.1.2 of the Marana Land
Development Code, on proposed lots 15, 17 & 18 ofthe subdivision. The subject property
is located on the south side of Orange Grove Road between the Union Pacific railroad
right-of-way and the westbound Interstate 10 frontage road, within a portion of Sections 7

to the Mayor and Council whether individuals will be allowed to address the Council on issues

Rules, as weD as the rules of politeness, propriety, decorum and good conduct. Any person

To better serve the citizens of Marana and others attending our meetings, the Council

first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Marana Town Hall, although the date or
time may change, or Special Meetings may be called at other times and/or places. Contact Town
Hall or watch for posted agendas for other meetings. This agenda may be revised up to twenty-
four hours prior to the meeting. In such a case a new agenda will be posted in place of this agenda.
If you are interested in speaking to the Counell during Petitions and Comments, Public
Hearings, or other agenda items, you must fill out a speaker card (at the rear of the Counell
Chambers) and deliver it to the Clerk in advance of the agenda item you wish to address. It is up
to the Mayor and Counell whether individuals will be allowed to address the Counell on issues
other than Announcements, Petitions & Comments, and Public Hearings. All persons attending
the Counell Meeting, whether speaking to the Connell or not, are expected to observe the Council
Rules, as weli as the rules of politeness, propriety, decorum and good conduct. Any person
interfering with the meeting in any way, or acting rudely or loudly will be removed from the
meeting and will not be allowed to return.
To better serve the citizens of Marana and others attending our meetings, the Councll
Chamber is wheelchair and handlcapped accessible. Any person who, by reason of any dlsability,
