WHEREAS, WLB Group, Inc. represents the Owner of approximately 154.17 acres of land located west of Sandario Road between Moore Road and Barnett Road, in Section 28, Township 11 South, and Range 11 East, and has applied to the Town of Marana for approval ora Final Plat for Blocks 2 through 7, 167 lots on Block 1, and Common Areas "A" through "G"; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has considered the application at its regular meeting of December 7, 2004 and has determined that the Final Plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, that the Final Plat for Rancho Marana 154 submitted by WLB Group, Inc. for Blocks 2 through 7, 167 lots on Block 1, and Common Areas "A" through "G", located west of Sandario Road between Moore Road and Barnett Road, in Section 28, Township 11 South, and Range 11 East is hereby approved.
