A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THOSE DOCUMENTS KNOWN AS
"MARANA PERSONNEL POLICIES, SECTION 02.10 DISCIPLINARY ACTION" AND
"MARANA PERSONNEL POLICIES, ARTICLE 05 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that certain documents entitled "MARANA PERSONNEL POLICIES,
SECTION 2.10 DISCIPLINARY ACTION" and "MARANA PERSONNEL POLICIES,
ARTICLE 05 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE," three copies of which are on file in the office of
the Town Clerk, are hereby declared to be a public record, and said copies are ordered to
remain on file with the Town Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 19th day of November, 1996.
