A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA,
APPROVING THE ASSURANCE AGREEIVIENT FOR COMPLETION OF SUBDMSION
]IViPROVEIVIENTS (THIRD PARTY TRUST) FOR LOTS 1 THROUGH 74 AND COMIVION
AREAS A, B, AND C LOCATED IN PAKCEL 23 OF CONTINENTAL RANCH.
WHEREAS, the Town of Marana has previously approved the specific plan for the area
known as Continental Ranch, located within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Marana,
Arizona; and
WHEREAS, an Assurance Agreement for Completion of Subdivision Improvements (Third
Party Trust) Trust No. 4709, attached hereto as Exhibit A, between Del Webb's Coventry Homes
Construction of Tucsorg Company and First American Title Insurance Company has been presented
to the Town of Marana for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Assurance Agreement wilt guarantee that the public improvements for lots
1 through 74 and Common Areas A, B, and C, located in Parcel 23 of Continental Ranch, will be
completed to Town standards and acceptance of the Assurance Agreement for lots 1 through 74 and
Common Areas A, B, and C, located in Parcel 23 would be in the best interest of the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana
that the Assurance Agreement for completion of Subdivision Improvements (Third Party Trust)
Trust No. 4709, between Del Webb's Coventry Homes Construction of Tucson, Company and First
American Title Insurance Company, for lots 1 through 74 and Common Areas A, B, and C, located
in Parcel 23 of Continental Ranch, is approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this
14th day of November, 1996.
