MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-20
RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS; APPROVING A FINAL BLOCK PLAT FOR
VANDERBILT.
WHEREAS, C.P.E. represents the Owner of approximately 425.54 acres ofland located
east ofSandario Road between Moore Road and Barnett Road, in portions of Sections 26 and 27,
Township 11 South, and Range 11 East, and has applied to the Town of Maran a for approval of a
Final Block Plat containing 13 Blocks within the Rancho Marana Specific Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council considered the application at their regular
meeting of February 15, 2005 and has determined that the Final Block Plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, that the Final Block Plat for Vanderbilt submitted by C.P.E.
for approximately 425.54 acres of land located east of Sandario Road, south of Barnett Road,
north of Moore Road and west ofI-10 is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this I 5th day of February 2005.
