A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA,
APPROVING THE LOS MORTEROS ESTATES PRELIMINARY PLAT SUBMITTED BY
CASA ROYALE BUILDERS, INC. FOR A 32 LOT SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOME
SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON 20.4 ACRES AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
SILVERBELL ROAD AND LINDA VISTA BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, Casa Royale Builders, Inc., is the owner of the property located at the southwest
comer of Silverbeil Road and Linch Vista Boulevard, T12S R12E Section 28, and has applied to the
Town of Marana for approval of a preliminary plat for a 32 lot single family detached home
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Marana Planning Commission considered the request to approve the
preliminary plat map on August 28, 1996, and voted 6-0 to recommend that the Town Council
approve the preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council heard from the representative of the owner, staff, and
members of the public at the regular Town Council meeting held October 1, 1996, and has
determined that the preliminary plat map submitted by Casa Royale Builders, Inc. should be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana
that the preliminary plat map for a 32 lot single family detached home subdivision located at the
southwest corner of Silverbell Road and Linda Vista Boulevard, T12S R1.2E Section 28, is
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this
1st day of October, 1996.
