RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A RELEASE OF ASSURANCES FOR
SONORAN VISTA AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MAINTENANCE.
WHEREAS, Sonoran Vista is a 17.08 acre subdivision located north and south of Coach line
Boulevard and east of Silverbell Road, containing Lots 1 through 66, common areas A & B, and is
recorded at the Pima County Recorder's Office in Book 56 of Maps and Plats, Page 21; and
WHEREAS, the Town has previously entered into an Assurance Agreement with Pulte
Horne Corp., (beneficiary) under Trust No. 7924- T and Lawyers Title of Arizona, (trustee), recorded
at the Pima County Recorder's Office at Docket 11835, Page 1261, assuring the completion of
public improvements; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Horne Corp., has completed the public improvements acceptable to Town
standards in accordance with the Assurance Agreement for Sonoran Vista; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council ofthe Town of Maran a
as follows:
Section 1. Sonoran Vista, Lots 1 through 66 are hereby released from the
Assurance Agreement with Pulte Horne Corp. under Trust No. 7924- T, and Lawyers Title of
Arizona.
Section 2. The Town accepts for maintenance, including maintenance of
regulatory traffic control and street signs, 0.65 miles of paved streets for the following
appurtenances, as depicted on Exhibit A:
a. Opal Moon Court
b. Lapis Moon Lane
c. Turquoise Moon Way
d. Onyx Moon Drive
e. Sapphire Moon Way

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
That, Pulte Home Corporation , a Michigan corporation, hereafter called the Seller, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other valuable considerations, and pursuant to the
terms, provisions, and agreements concerned in the certain PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
number 01125 of even date herewith and executed between the parties hereto, and of which this
instrument is a part performance, receipt of which considerations is hereby acknowledged, does by these
present grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, and deliver unto the TOWN OF MARANA, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called the Town, its successors and assigns:
Those certain improvements consisting of, but not limited to, the following:
Improvements as shown on plans for Sonoran Vista, Lots 1 through 66
(ENG 0202-005 [4 sheets] and ENG 0202-009 [8 sheets])
Also, all other property not herein specifically mentioned, constituting a part of, and belonging to
said improvements in and along streets, boulevards, alleys, easements, and rights-of-way lying within or
adjacent to:
