HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2005-027 preliminary plat for gladden farms block 17 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-27 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLADDEN FARMS BLOCK 17. WHEREAS, on December 4, 2001 the Town of Marana adopted Resolution 2001-155 approving the Final Block Plat for Gladden Farms, Book 55 Page 60; and WHEREAS, Gladden Forest LLC, the owner of Gladden Farms Block 17, has applied for approval of a Preliminary Plat for a 56-lot single-family home subdivision on 33 acres, including lots 1 through 102 and Common Areas "A-l"-"A-ll", "B-l"-"B-2", "C-I, and is generally located west of Lon Adams Road and approximately one-third mile south of Moore Road, within Section 34, Township 11 South, and Range 11 East; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on March 15, 2005 has determined that the Gladden Farms Block 17 Preliminary Plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that Gladden Farms Block 17 Preliminary Plat, a 56-lot single-family home subdivision within the Gladden Farms Development and generally located west of Lon Adams Road and approximately one-third mile south of Moore Road, within Section 34, Township II South, and Range 11 East is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 15th day of March 2005. ATTEST: Ma~~ Marana Resolution No. 2005-27
