HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 96-049 Release of substitute assurance agreement for continental ranch parcel 27bMARANA RESOLUTION NO. 96-49 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF THE SUBSTITUTE ASSURANCE AGREEMENTS FOR PULTE HOMES FOR LOTS 17-37, 101-108, 119-141, 145-154 AND 169-179 OF PHASE 111, CONTINENTAL RANCI-[ PARCEL 27B AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN PARCEL 27B FOR MAINTENANCE. WHEREAS, the final plat for Continental Ranch Parcel 27B has been previously adopted by the Marana Town Council and recorded in Book 42, at Page 14 of Maps and Plats in the Office of the Pima County Recorder;, and WHEREAS, Pulte Homes was the developer of Continental Ranch Parcel 2715 insuring the completion of public improvements in Continental Ranch Parcel 27B which have now been completed within the specifications of the Marana Town Engineer; and WHEREAS, acceptance of the public improvements in Continental Ranch Parcel 27B is in the best interests of the citizens of the Town of Marana. NOW, THER][~3FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana that the Substitute Assurance Agreement dated April 13, 1995 is hereby released by the Town and the public improvements in Parcel 27B of Continental Ranch are accepted by the Town for maintenance.
