MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-91
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
SAGUARO SPRINGS BLOCKS 4 AND 8.
WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of Saguaro Springs Blocks 4 and 8, has
applied for approval of a Preliminary Plat for 611 single-family detached homes on 148.08 acres,
comprising Blocks 4 and 8, and including lots 1 through 611, and Common Areas "A" (Open
Space, Recreation, Utilities & Drainage Road Maintenance & Signage), "B" (Open Space,
Recreation, Utilities, Road Maintenance & Signage), and is generally located directly north of
Twin Peaks Road and west of Silverbell Road, in a portion of Section 19, Range 12 East,
Township 12 South.
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on July 19, 2005 has determined
that the Saguaro Springs Blocks 4 and 8 Preliminary Plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Saguaro Springs Blocks 4 and 8 Preliminary Plat, a 611-10t residential
subdivision within the Saguaro Springs Block Plat and generally located directly north of Twin
Peaks Road and west of Silverbell Road, in a portion of Section 19, Range 12 East, Township 12
South is hereby approved with the following conditions:
1. Home models shall comply with the residential design standards as adopted, or if
not yet adopted, with the most recent draft ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Maran a, Arizona,
