MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-93
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SAN
LUCAS BLOCKS 5, 6, AND 12.
WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Blocks 5, 6, and 12, has applied
for approval of a Preliminary Plat for 175 single-family detached homes on 49.08 acres,
comprising Blocks 5, 6, and 12, and including lots 1 through 175, and Common Areas "B"
(Drainage), "c" (private Park), and "D" (Monumentation), and is generally located north of
Adonis Road, northeast ofI-10, west of the Postvale Road Alignment in a portion of Section 22,
Range 11 East, Township 11 South.
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on July 19, 2005 has determined
that the San Lucas Blocks 5, 6, and 12 Preliminary Plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Blocks 5, 6, and 12 Preliminary Plat, a 175-lot residential
subdivision within the San Lucas Block Plat and generally located north of Adonis Road,
northeast ofI-lO, west of the Postvale Road Alignment in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East,
Township 11 South is hereby approved with the following conditions:
1. Home models shall comply with the residential design standards as adopted, or if
not yet adopted, with the most recent draft ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 19th day of July, 2005.
