HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 98-037 development plan for the gallery clubhouse and restaurantMARANA RESOLUTION NO. 98-37 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE GALLERY GOLF COURSE RESORT CLUBHOUSE AND RESTAURANT SUBMITTED BY PALO VERDE PARTNERS AND LOCATED WITHIN PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23 AND THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DOVE MOUNTAIN BOULEVARD WITHIN THE DOVE MOUNTAIN (REDHAWK) SPECIFIC PLAN. WHEREAS, Palo Verde Partners is the owner of approximately 7.5 acres of property located within the Dove Mountain (RedHawk) Specific Plan, specifically in portions of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23 and the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township i 1 South, Range 12 East on the north side of Dove Mountain Boulevard has applied to the Town of Marana for approval of a development plan for a clubhouse and restaurant for the Gallery Golf Course; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council heard from the representative of the owner, Town staff, and members of the public at the regular Town Council meeting held Apr/121, 1998, and has determined that the development plan submitted by Palo Verde Partners for a clubhouse and restaurant for the Gallery Golf Course should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona that the development plan submitted by Palo Verde Partners for a clubhouse and restaurant for Gallery Golf Course, located within the Dove Mountain (RedHawk) Specific Plan as depicted in Exhibit A, is approved subject to the following conditions: The Developer shall ensure that plant vegetation for the project shall comply with the Salvage and Mitigation Program/Dove Mountain (Redhawk) Conservation Plan. The Developer shall comply with the requirements of the Town Engineer, Pima County Wastewater.
