RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO GENERAL NOTES ON THE FINAL PLAT OF
WILLOW RIDGE COMMONS.
WHEREAS the final plat of Willow Ridge Commons included notes to facilitate the
developer's installation of a new well to replace the CMID irrigation well on the property; and
WHEREAS an accommodation has now been reached between CMID and the developer
to allow the developer to satisfy its water service obligations to the Town of Marana by using the
existing irrigation well for domestic purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, that the Notice of Amendment to General Notes on the Final
Plat of Willow Ridge Commons, attached to and incorporated by this reference in this resolution
as Exhibit A, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute it
for and on behalf of the Town of Marana.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town's Manager and staff are hereby directed and
authorized to undertake all other and further tasks required or beneficial to carry out the terms,
obligations, and objectives of the aforementioned Notice.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND COUN I OF THE TOWN OF
MARANA, ARIZONA, this 15th day of July, 2008.

NOTICE OF TOWN OF MARANA AMENDMENT
TO GENERAL NOTES ON
THE FINAL PLAT OF WILLOW RIDGE COMMONS
LOTS 1 THROUGH 155 AND COMMON AREAS "A" THROUGH "D"
Upon application to the Town of Marana by Title Security Agency of Arizona, Inc., an
Arizona corporation, as trustee under Trust No. 932 and not otherwise, and by GMAC Model
Home Finance, Inc., the beneficiary of Trust No. 932, and by Lennar Community Development,
Inc., the holder of a contract to purchase some or all of the lots, being the owners of all of the
property affected by this proposed plat note amendment, the Town of Marana, Arizona hereby
modifies the general notes of the Final Plat of Willow Ridge Commons Lots 1 through 155 and
Common Areas "A" through "D" as follows:
Plat note 20 is hereby amended to delete all but the first sentence, so that it now reads as
follows:
" 20. Relocation and protection of C.M.LD. properties shall be at no expense to the
District."
The following plat notes 37, 40, 41 and 42, relating to relocation and replacement of a
Cortaro-Marana Irrigation District (CMID) irrigation well, are hereby deleted in their en-
tirety:
" 37. A 6' block wall is to surround the replacement well site with a 16' two-way
swing gate giving entrance to the well site."
"40. The developer shall complete the new well site prior to authorization of occu-
pancy."
"41. The developer shall provide authorized access to the well site by easement
and/or public right of way."
"42. The developer shall provide a deed to the new well site and. a title insurance
policy to Cortaro-Marana Irrigation District (CMID)."
EXECUT pursuant to resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana,
