THE ABOVE SPACE FOR RECORDERS USE ONLY TO BE RECORDED AS PART OF DOCUMENT DO NOT DETACH CERTIFICATE FROM DOCUMENT 8778 650 ORDINANCE NO. 90.15 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING INTO THE TOWN OF MARANA WHEREAS the owners of at least one half of the assessed value of the real and personal properties in the area described below and more than one half of the real property owners therein have presented a petition to the Town Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona requesting annexation to the Town of Mararia; and WHEREAS said area is contiguous to the Town limits of the Town of Marana; and WHEREAS the requirements of A.R.S. Section 9-471 et seq. have been met; and WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona con- siders it beneficial to the people of the Town of Marana and of the area to be annexed to extend the limits of the Town by such annexation.
