~ ORDIN~NCE OF THE TO~N COUNCIL OF THE
ARIZONA ESTABLISHING ZONING ON ANNEXED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on August 19, 1987 the Marana Town Council
adopted Ordinance No. 87.13 annexing into the Town of Marana
certain real property, including that real property more
particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-471(D), the
annexation of the real property described above became effective
on September 18, 1987; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-471(L) the Town
is required to adopt a zoning classification which permits
densities and uses no greater than those permitted by Pima County
immediately prior to the annexation of the

quarter of Section 5, T 12 S, R 12 E, G. & S. R. M.,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the center quarter corner of said Section 5;
THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING, northerly along the
