HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 90.16 Establishing zoning on annexed property ORDIN~CE NO. 90.16 ~ ORDIN~NCE OF THE TO~N COUNCIL OF THE ARIZONA ESTABLISHING ZONING ON ANNEXED PROPERTY WHEREAS, on August 19, 1987 the Marana Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 87.13 annexing into the Town of Marana certain real property, including that real property more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-471(D), the annexation of the real property described above became effective on September 18, 1987; and WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-471(L) the Town is required to adopt a zoning classification which permits densities and uses no greater than those permitted by Pima County immediately prior to the annexation of the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona property described in Exhibit foregoing property. by the Mayor and Town as follows that the "A" be given the zoning designation of "Zone E" in accordance with the Town Development Code which incorporates the Town Zoning Ordinance.
