HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 90.27 Changing zoning from C to A for Metro Mobile CTSORDINANCE NO. 90.27 An Ordinance Changing Land in the N.W. i/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 17, T 12S, R 12E from Zone "C" to Zone "A". (Metro Mobile CTS of Tucson) WHEREAS the lessees of land ~n the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 17, T 12S, R 12E, have petitioned the Town of Marana to change the zoning on their land from Zone C to Zone A, and WHEREAS Zene C was established by ordinance No. 90.17 adopted May 15, 1990 establishing zoning on annexed property, and WHEREAS public hearings were held on said request by the Planning Commission and by the Town Council in accordance with the provisions of the Town Development Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property described below is hereby changed from Zone C to Zone A in accordance with the Town Development Code which incorporates the Town Zoning Ordinance: A portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 12 South, Range 12 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 17; thence South 30° 21' 10" East, a distance of 1001.81 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel; thence North 890 45' 34" East, a distance of 100.00 feet to Reference Point "A"; thence South 0° 09' 03" East, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 89° 45' 34" West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point from which the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 17 bears South 54° 37' 27" West, a distance of 616.92 feet from the last described point; thence North 0° 09' 03" West, a distance of 100.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona this 7th day of August, 1990.
