HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 90.32 Establishing zoning on Continental Ranch 3B annexed proeprty (Excel)ORDINANCE NO. 90.32 AN ORDINANCE OF RIqE TOWN (%X3NCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, ESTABLISHING ZONING ON ANNEXED PROPEKTY (EXCel) WIqEREAS, on June 7, 1988 the MaraDa Town Council adopted ordinance No. 88.12 annexing into the Rbwn of Marana certain reel property, including that real property more particularly de- scribed bel~, a~d WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-471 (D), the annexa- tion of the reel property described above became effective on July 8, 1988 add WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-471 (L) the Town is required to adopt a zoning classification which permits densities add uses no greeter than those permitted by Pima County in~nedi- ately prior to the annexation of the foregoing property. (CI-1) "WIqEREAS the Town has determined that the following zoning classification to be granted to the following described property permits densities and uses no greater than those permitted by Pima County i~nediately prior to the annexation of said property." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Town Coun- cil of the Town of Marana, Arizona that the property described as lot 15, Peppertree Ranch Business Park, Being a subdivision of a portion of Sections 22, 23, 26, 27 add 35, T 12 S, R 12 E, G & S.R.B&M., Pima County Arizona, containing 2.8 acres, be added to the Continental Ranch Specific Plan previously adopted by Ordi- nance 88.~9, April 5, 199~ and be givan an "Industrial" land use designation per the Development Regulations of such specific PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Town Council of the Town of Mara- ria, Arizona this 17th day of September, 199~.
