Whereas the owners -of property.~in an area north of and
contiguous to~the Toam of Marana have petitioned the Common Council
of the Town of Martina requesting the ~ annexation of that a.pea to the
Town of Martina, and
Whereas the- Common Council'.of the Town of Martina considers it
beneficial to the people of Martina to extend the limits of the Toavn

by such anne~ta~ion, .
Now, therefore,.. be it enacted by the Common Council of the'
Town of Martina that:
The land contiguous to the Zbwn of Martina and described as the
north half of Section 22, Township ll South, Range 11 East, Gila and
Salt River Base and .,Meridian,. shat], be annexed to the Town of Martina,
and that
The land so .annexed shall be.ineluded in the Transportation
Corridor Zone '(Zone.E) of the Town under the, Town's Zoning Ordinance
as amended.

day of January, 1960.

Town of M~rana, and
Whereas the Common Council of the Town of Marana considers it
beneficial to the people of Marana to extend the liners of the Town
by such annexation,
Now, therefore, be it enacted by the Common Council of the
Town of Mararia that:
The land contiguous to the Town of Marana and described as the
north half of Section 22, Township 11 South, Range 11 East, Gila and
Salt River Base and Meridian, shall be annexed to the Town of Merana,
and that
The land so annexed shall be included in the Transportation
Corridor Zone (Zone E) of the Town tunder the Town's Zoning 0rdinanee
as amended.
By action of the Common Council of the Town of Marana this 8th
day of January, 1980.
