ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN DESERT
TRADITIONS II,
WHEREAS, Desert Traditions 1/is a 18.61 acre subdivision located north of Twin Peaks
Road and east of Coachline Blvd., containing Lots 49 through 120 and Common Areas G - L, as
depicted on Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by this reference, and recorded at the Pima
County Recorder's Office in Book 54 of Maps and Plats, Page 29; and
WHEREAS, the Town has previously entered into an Assurance Agreement between Pulte
Home Corporation, (beneficiary) under Trust No. 7924-T, and Lawyers Title of Arizona, (trustee),
recorded at the Pima County Recorder's Office at Docket 11441, Page 1060, ass .u[ing the completion
of public improvements; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Home Corporation has completed the public improvements, which are
acceptable to Town standards in
and accordance with the Assurance Agreement for Desert Traditions
WHEREAS, Pulte Home Corporation has satisfied all Linear Park financial requirements to
the-full satisfaction of the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the To. wn of Marana,
Arizona, as follows:
Section 1. Desert Traditions II, lots 49 through 120 and Common Areas G- L are hereby
released from the Assurance Agreement between Pulte Home Corporation, under Trust No.
7924-T, and Lawyers Title of Arizona.
Section 2. The Town accepts for maintenance, including maintenance of regulatory
traffic control and street signs, 0.6 miles of paved streets for the following streets, as depicted
on Exhibit A:
Cosmic Sky Drive
Desert Crystal Place
Desert Monsoon Place
Indian Summer Drive
Marana. Arizona P-~solution No. 2002-104 Page I of 2
e. Weather Hill Drive
Section 3. Common Areas G - L, as depicted on exhibit A, shall be owned and
maintained by the Continental Ranch Community Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this
