HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2002-124 preliminary plat for silverbell westMARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2002-124 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SILVERBELL WEST, SUBMITTED BY RICK ENGINEERING, FOR A 7-LOT SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOME SUBDIVISION ON 23.54 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF INA ROAD, ¼ MILE WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SILVERBELL AND INA ROAD, IN A PORTION OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST. WHEREAS, this Preliminary Plat was heard by Marana Planning and Zoning Commission October 9, 2002, and a recommendation for approval was forwarded to Town Council; and WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the request against the requirements of the Land Development Code and finds that all development regulations are adhered to with this Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has heard from the representative(s) of the owners, staff, and m embers oft he public at the regular Town Council meeting, November 5, 2002, and has determined that the Preliminary Plat for Silverbell West should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the Preliminary Plat for Silverbell West, submitted by Rick Engineering for a 7-1ot single family detached home subdivision on 23.54 acres located on the north side of Ina Road, ¼ mile west of the intersection of Silverbell and Ina Road, in a portion of Section 35, Township 12 South, Range 12 East is hereby approved.
