HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2002-131 final plat for the gallery parcel 4BMARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2002-131 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE GALLERY, PARCEL 4B, SUBMITTED BY TORTOLITA PROPERTIES, L.L.C., FOR AN 18-LOT SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOME SUBDIVISION ON 28.2 ACRES LOCATED IN THE DOVE MOUNTAIN SPECIFIC PLAN AREA, NORTH OF DOVE MOUNTAIN BOULEVARD, ALONG SILENT SKY PLACE, IN PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 14 & 23, TOWNSHIP ll SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST. WHEREAS, Tortolita Properties, L.L.C., is the owner of approximately 28.2 acres located north of Dove Mountain Boulevard, in portions of Sections 14 & 23, Township 11 South, Range 12 East, and has applied to the Town of Marana for approval of a Final Plat for that property, which consists of a 18-lot single family detached home subdivision, including lots 1 through 18 and Common Areas "A", "B-I" and "B-2"; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have heard from the representative(s) of the owners, staff, and members of the public at the regular Town Council meeting held November 19, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that approval of the final plat for The Gallery, Parcel 4B, is in the best interests of the residents of the Town. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that The Gallery, Parcel 4B, Final Plat, submitted by Tortolita Properties, L.L.C., for an 18-lot single family detached home subdivision on 28.2 acres located north o f Dove Mountain Boulevard, along Silent Sky Place, in portions of Sections 14 & 23, Township 11 South, Range 12 East, is hereby approved.
