A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF DAVID PARKER
and the APPOINTMENT OF ROXANNE ZIEGLER AND MARTY DORGAN, TO
THE MARANA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has been created by the Town
Council to meet and advise the Town Council on zoning issues within the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to fill three (3) seats and re-appoint David
Parker and appoint Roxanne Ziegler and Marty Dorgan to terms that will expire June 30
of 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town
of Marana, Arizona, that David Parker shall be re-appointed and Roxanne Ziegler and
Marty Dorgan shall be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission with terms of
office to expire June 30, 2005.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana,
Arizona, this 22nd day of May, 2001.
