A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE REVERSION TO ACREAGE OF WHITE FARMS
SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1 THROUGH 503, BLOCKS 1 THROUGH 6, RECORDED IN BOOK
40 OF MAPS AND PLATS AT PAGE 24, AND THE RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1
THROUGH 3, REQUESTED BY THE OWNERS AND THE TOWN OF MARANA.
WHEREAS, Jay E. Reyher, Janice D. MoUlt, and Parsons Properties, L.L.C. are the
owners of approximately 200 acres located East of Luekert and south of Kirby Hughes Road in
Section 18, Township 11 South, Range 11 East and have applied to the Town of Marana for
approval of a Reversion to Acreage and Resubdivision of Lots 1 through 3 for White Farms
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana have heard from the
representative(s)~ of the owners, staff; and members of the public at the regular Town Council
meeting held October 16, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that approval of the Reversion to
Acreage and Resubdivision for Lots 1 through 3 for White Farms is in the best interest of the
residents of the Town of Maranm
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that White Farms Reversion to Acreage and Resubdivision of Lots 1 through 3~
submitted by Planning Resources and the Town of Marana, for Reversion to Acreage on 200.22
acres located east of Luckett and south of Kirby Hughes Road in Section 18, Township 11
South, Range 11 East, and resuMivision of Lots 1 through 3, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana Arizona,
this 16th day of October, 2001.
