MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-111
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR FIANCHETTO FARMS, LOTS 1-114, INCLUDING
COMMON AREAS A, B AND C.
WHEREAS, Fianchetto Partners LLC, the owner of Fianchetto Farms, has applied for
approval of a preliminary plat for a 114-10t single-family home subdivision on 29.52 acres,
including common areas "A," "B," and "C," and is generally located north of Moore Road and
east of Sanders Road within a portion of Section 28, Township 11 South and Range 11 East; and
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council considered the application at their regular meeting
of August 16, 2005 and has determined that the preliminary plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Fianchetto Farms preliminary plat, a 114-10t single family home subdivision
generally located north of Moore Road and east of Sanders Road within a portion of Section 28,
Township 11 South and Range 11 East is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 16th day of August, 2005.
