MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-112
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A PRELIMINARY
PLAT FOR SAN LUCAS BLOCKS 7 AND 8. LOTS 1-154, INCLUDING COMMON AREAS

WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Blocks 7 and 8, has applied for
approval of a preliminary plat for 154 single-family detached homes on 35.14 acres, comprising
Blocks 7 and 8, and including lots 1 through 154, and common areas "A" (Recreation), "B"
(Drainage), and "C" (Monumentation), and is generally located north of Adonis Road, northeast
of 1-10, west of the Postvale Road Alignment in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East,
Township 11 South.
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on August 16, 2005, has
determined that the San Lucas Blocks 7 and 8 preliminary plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Blocks 7 and 8 preliminary plat, a 154-10t residential subdivision
within the San Lucas development and generally located north of Adonis Road, northeast ofl-l0,
west of the Postvale Road Alignment in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11
South, is hereby approved with the following condition:
Section 1. Home models shall comply with the residential design standards as adopted, or
if not yet adopted, with the most recent draft ordinance.
