OF PAGES: 3 SEQUENCE: 20001510277 08/04/2000 RES 13:19 MAIL AMOUNT PAID $ 8.00 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2000-80 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BY AT&T WIRELESS SERVICES TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE AN 85 FOOT LATTICE TOWER AND EQUIPMENT SHELTER ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF LAMBERT LANE AND WEST OF SILVERBELL ROAD IN THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST. WHEREAS, AT&T Wireless Services has applied to the Town of Marana for approval of the construction and operation of an 85 foot lattice tower and equipment shelter on the property located south of Lambert Lane and west of Silverbell Road in the northwest ¼ of the northwest aA of Section 17, Township 12 South, Range 12 East; and WHEREAS, the Marana Planning Commission considered the request to approve the conditional use permit on June 28, 2000, and voted 6-1 to recommend that the Town Council approve the conditional use permit; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has heard from the representative(s) of the owner, Town staff, and members of the public at the regular Town Council meeting held August 1, 2000, and has determined that the conditional use permit should be approved.
