OF PAGES: 1 SEQUENCE: 20002070081 10/25/2000 RES 09:58 MAIL AMOUNT PAID $ 8.00 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2000-109 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUBMITTED BY COTTONWOOD PROPERTIES FOR THE HYATT GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY ON 13.6 ACRES LOCATED FOUR MILES NORTHWEST ALONG DOVE MOUNTAIN BOULEVARD, WITHIN A PORTION OF SECTIONS 15 AND 22, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST. WHEREAS, the Town of Marana approved and adopted the amended specific plan for the area now known as Dove Mountain on March 28, 2000 (Ordinance 2000.04), located within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Marana, Arizona; and WHEREAS, Cottonwood Properties is the owner of the property located within a portion of Sections 15 and 22, Township 11 South, Range 12 East known as Block lA and lB of the Dove Mountain Specific Plan and has applied to the Town of Marana for approval ora Development Plan for the Hyatt Golf Course Clubhouse and Maintenance Facility; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has heard from the representative(s) of the owner, staff, and members of the public at the regular Town Council meeting held October 24, 2000, and has determined that the Hyatt Golf Course Clubhouse and Maintenance Facility should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council oYthe Town of Marana, Arizona, authorizing that the Hyatt Golf Course Clubhouse and Maintenance Facility on 13.6 acres located four miles northwest along Dove Mountain Boulevard, within a portion of Sections 15 and 22, Township 11 South, Range 12 East, be approved.
