WHEREAS, Richmond American, has requested a new no access easement for Lot 115 of Parcel 51 of Continental Ranch, as depicted in Exhibit A and more fully described in the legal description, Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, Richmond American, has requested the release of an existing no access easement for Lot 115 of Parcel 51 of Continental Ranch, as depicted in Exhibit A-2 and recorded in Book 48 Page 58-1, and more fully described in Exhibit A-2, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, Marana Resolution No. 96-56, passed and adopted June 18, 1996, provides for acceptance of the Final Plat for Parcel 51, including the existing no access easement for Lot 115. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, as follows: 1. The Town accept the new no access easement for Lot 115 of Parcel 51 of Continental Ranch, as described in Exhibit A-1, more fully depicted in the map attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2.
