A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MAKANA,
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE. ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL EVENT TEMPORAKY LIQUOR
LICENSE TO THE SANTA RITA EXCHANGE CLUB TO BE USED AT THE PRACTICE TEE
LOCATED AT 4050 W. PRICE CLUB DRIVE WIRXdlN TFIE TOWN LhMITS OF MARANA ON
APRIL 29, 30 AND MAY 1, 2, 1999.
WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. § 4-201, the Town Council of the Town of Marana is
empowered to recommend approval or disapproval for the ownership application and liquor license
request to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control; and
WHEREAS, Paul Banales, on behalf of The Santa Rita Exchange Club, has applied for a
special event liquor license to be used at the Practice Tee located at 4050 W. Price Club Drive,
Mararia, Arizona for the purpose of raising funds to support a charitable organization; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the Town and
its citizens that approval be granted for the special event license to The Santa Rita Exchange Club,
to be used at The Practice Tee located at 4050 W. Price Club Drive, Marana, Arizona, on April 29,
30 and May 1, 2, 1999, for a charitable fundraiser.
NOW, TI-IERBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana
a special event liquor license to The Santa Rita Exchange Club, to be used at The Practice Tee
located at 4050 W. Price Club Drive, Marana, Arizona, on April 29, 30 and May 1, 2, 1999, for a
charitable fundraiser, be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this
