HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 99-061 preliminary plat hartman 10MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 99-61 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR HARTMAN 10, SUBMITTED BY SHARPE & ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR A 9-LOT SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOME SUBDIVISION LOCATED SOUTH OF OVERTON ROAD, WEST OF HARTMAN LANE IN A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST, PARCEL NUMBER 221-06-31. WHEREAS, Sharpe & Associates, Inc. is the owner of approximately 9.93 acres located south of Overton Road, west of Hartman Lane in a portion of the southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 12 South, Range 12 East, and has filed a preliminary plat for that property which consists of a 9-lot single family detached home subdivision; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was presented to the Marana Planning Commission on May 26, 1999, and the Planning Commission recommended unanimously that the Town Council approve the preliminary plat subject to minor technical revisions as required by the Planning Director; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has heard from the representative(s) of the owner, staff, and members of the public at the regular Town Cotmcil meeting held June 15, 1999, and has determined that the preliminary plat for Hartman 10 should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the Hartman 10 preliminary plat, submitted by Sharpe & Associates, Inc., for a 9-lot single family detached home subdivision to be located south of Overton Road and west of Hartman Lane in a portion of Section 23, Township 12 South, Range 12 East is hereby approved subject to minor technical revisions as required by the Planning Director.
