A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR HARTMAN 10, SUBMITTED BY
SHARPE & ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR A 10-LOT SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOME
SUBDIVISION LOCATED SOUTH OF OVERTON ROAD AND WEST OF HARTMAN
LANE IN A PORTION OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH, RANGE 12 EAST,
PARCEL NUMBER 221-06-0310.
WHEREAS, Sharpe & Associates, Inc. is the owner of approximately 9.93 acres located
south of Overton Road and west of Hartman Lane in a portion of Section 23, Township 12 South,
Range 12 East, and has filed a final plat for that property which consists of a 10-lot single family
detached home subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved by Town Council on July 6, 1999
(Resolution 99-61); and
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has heard from the representative(s) of the owner,
staff, and members of the public at the regular Town Council meeting held December 14, 1999,
and has determined that the final plat for Hartman 10 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that the Hartman 10 final plat, submitted by Sharpe & Associates, Inc. for a
10-lot single family detached home subdivision to be located south of Overton Road and west of
Hartman Lane in a portion of Section 23, Township 12 South, Range 12 East is hereby approved.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 14th
day of December, 1999.
