MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-115
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
BLOCK PLAT FOR WILLOW RIDGE.
WHEREAS, MessingerILewin Family, LLC, Richard and Geneva Gentry and Cortaro
Road 20 Acres 7226, the owners of the Willow Ridge project, have applied for approval of a final
block plat for a six-block residential and commercial subdivision on 102.96 acres, including blocks
A through F, and is generally located south of Cortaro Road and directly east of the Oshrin Park
subdivision approximately two-thirds of a mile east of Interstate 10, within Section 25, Township
12 South, and Range 12 East~ and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on September 6, 2005,
determined that the Willow Ridge final block plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Willow Ridge final block plat, a six-block residential and commercial
subdivision on 102.96 acres, including blocks A through F is hereby approved with the following
conditions:
1. The town will not issue any grading or improvement permits until the developer has
supplied the town with their approved 404 Permit.
2. The town will only issue grading or improvement permits on areas that have been
approved by the Arizona State Museum.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Maran a, Arizona,
