Home My WebLink AboutResolution 97-001 special event temporary liquor license for the practice teeMARANA RESOLUTION NO. 97-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL EVENT TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE TO BRUCE TENNENBAUM FOR THE EXCHANGE CLUB OF SANTA RITA TO BE USED AT THE PRACTICE TEE LOCATED AT 4050 WEST PRICE CLUB DRIVE WITHIN THE TOWN LIMITS OF MARANA ON FEBRUARY 13, 1997 THROUGH FEBRUARY 16, 1997. WHEREAS, pursuant to A.R.S. § 4-203.02, the Town Council of the Town of Marana is empowered to consider and approve or disapprove requests for special event liquor licenses; and WHEREAS, Brace Tennenbaum, on behalf of The Exchange Club of Santa Rita, has applied for a special event liquor license to be used at The Practice Tee located at 4050 West Price Club Drive, Tucson, Arizona for the purpose of raising funds to support the annual budget of The Exchange Club of Tucson, Parent Aid Program; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the Town and its citizens that approval be granted for the special event license to Bruce Tennenbaum on behalf of The Exchange Club of Santa Rita, to be used at The Practice Tee located at 4050 West Price Club Drive, February 13, 1997 through February 16, 1997, for the purpose of raising funds to support the annual budget of The Exchange Club of Tucson, Parent Aid Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Mararia hereby approve the special event liquor license to Bruce Tennenbaum, on behalf of The Exchange Club of Santa Rita, to be used at The Practice Tee located at 4050 West Price Club Drive, Tucson, Arizona for the purpose of raising funds to support the annual budget of The Exchange Club of Tucson, Parent Aid Program on February 13, 1997 through February 16, 1997.
