HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2005-131 amended final plat for garden estates MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2005-131 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR GARDEN ESTATES. WHEREAS, on October 19, 2004 the Town of Marana adopted Resolution No. 2004- 145, approving the final plat for Garden Estates, Book 58 Page 100; and WHEREAS, Garden Estates L.L.C., the owner of Garden Estates, has applied for approval of an amended final plat for a 25-lot single-family home subdivision on 72.66 acres, including lots 1 through 25 and common area "A", and is generally located north of Moore Road and west of Wild Burro Road, within Section 26, Township 11 South, and Range 12 East; and WHEREAS, a new U.S. Fish and Wildlife letter, dated May 4, 2005, increased the allowable disturbance area for each lot from 15,000 to 25,000 square feet, with a maximum overall project disturbance of 25 percent; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on October 18, 2005, determined that the Garden Estates amended final plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that Garden Estates amended final plat is hereby approved.
