Reyher Ave., Marana: On CDBG funds, Marana Vista Housing Projects: dislikes the fact that this part of Marana has been referred to as "the projects", and he would like to change that poor image. An investment in Marana Vista would be an investment in Marana: road improvements, streetlights. Keith Grove, 13735 N. Jarvis Ct., Marana: Supports road maintenance in Marana Vista. Only once a year the street is swept. There are potholes. The roadside is overgrown with weeds and the street is muddy when it rains. Just because it is a low- income neighborhood, does not mean its needs should be ignored. William Blissett, Project Director, Management and Training Corp., Marana Community Correctional Treatment Facility: August 15 will be the opening date for the facility. He is has a temporary office located at the back of the Chamber of Commerce building. His telephone number is 682-2077. VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS None. IX, STAFF ~: On File A. ENGINEER'S REPORT B.
