HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2009-010 fiscal year 2008-2009 budget reallocationsMARANA RESOLUTION N0.2009-10 RELATING TO THE BUDGET AND FINANCIAL PLAN; APPROVAL OF FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009 BUDGET REALLOCATIONS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, on June 17, 2008, the Council adopted the fiscal year 2008-2009 budgetary document and overall financial plan which set the legal level of budgetary control at the department level for the General Fund and at the fund level for all other funds; and WHEREAS, reallocations of budgetary amounts between departments in the General Fund and between funds for all other funds are necessary from time to time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, that the budgetary adjustments attached hereto as Exhibit A shall be approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT since it is necessary for the preservation of the peace, health and safety of the Town of Marana that this resolution become immediately effective, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
