ORDER QPiF BUSINESS ~ ~Peciai Events Liquor License - St. Christopher's Catholic Church April ~ 1993 and Max ~ 1993 A motion was made by Eddie Hones, seconded by Bill Schisler and carried unanimously Lo approve the Special Liquor License request fro~l the Church of St Christopher for April SO, 1993 and May 1, 1993. A~_~. ?r~osal For A Communit~ .Treatment Facility Maoagement Training Corp. Mr. Semis Diamond of Management and Training CoYporation of Ogden Utah addressed the Council updating them since his last visit several months back, indicating that Management and Train- lng Cord is interested in putting in a 450 bed Community Treat-.- ment Center in Marana. This would house persons convicted of driving under the influence and minor substance abuse. Mr. Gene Moore of the Department of Corrections also addressed the Counci~ explaining hem the program ~orks and ho~ it benefit, the community. State Representative Garoia addressed the Council explaining concerns that Sun OiLy had ill Phoenix. Tom Clark 11S99 H. Sarnett Rd.~ Marana. Mr. Clark addressed the Council asking question~ about the :site and it's location. Sherry Kelly, 14399 FI. White Farms Subdivision Red, est For Time Extension A motion was made by Doug Mostyn, seconded by Sill Schisler and carried unanimously to continue this item until the next Council Meeting where there call be an executive session for legal coun- sel. D. Development Review Fees - Discussion/Action A motion ~as made by Bill Schisler, seconded by Sharon Price and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution 93-11 setting forth new fees for rezonings. A motion was made by Doug Most. yn, seconded by Bill Schisler and carried unanimously to adopt Ordinance 93.04 pertaining to Title 2 of the Development Code A motion was made by Sharon Price, seconded by Doug Mostyn arid carried unanimously to adopt Resolution 93-13 pertaining to Title 2 ef the Development Code. A motion was made by Helen Key, seconded Eddie Honea and carried unanimously to approve Resolution 93-14 pertaining to Title 5 of the Development Code. A motion was made by Doug Hostyn, seconded by Sharon Price te rescind Resolution 93-13 and 93-14 pertaining to the Development Code A motion was Nade by Sill 5chisler~ seconded by getty Horrigan rescind Ordinance 93.04 and 93.05 pertaining te the Deveiopme'/g Code . A motion was made by Doug Mostyn, seconded by Eddie Honea and carried unanimously to adopt Ordinance 93.04 revisions te Title 2 of the Development Code, Ordinance 93.05 revisions to Title 5 the Development Cede~ and Ordinance 93.06 revisions to litle 10 of the Development Code. Intergovernmental ~ment Between The Town Of Marana And Pima Count~ - Housin~ of Prisoners A motion was made by Bill Schisler, seconded by Doug Mostyn to approve the IGA with Pima County for the incarceration of mun~ci~ pal prisoners. The motion carried with Eddie Honea voting nay. J· Protection of .Town Lo9o Mayor Ora Ham directed staff to pursue the registering of the Town Logo and draw up an ordinance -for the next Council Meeting, K_~. Post_~Lng Locations For Town Meeting After some discussion it was suggested staff contact the follow.- ing: eillito Post Office; Cortaro Post Office; Bank One and ask permission to post agendas at their location. Tangerine Rd., Tucson, AZ Dorothy Sharnetsky statecl that she was not in favor of Council meeting being held any other location than at the current Towr, Hail the one we waited so long to yet. Doug Mostyn suggested that the Town hold Town Hall's at other locations by three Council Members so citizens can discuss con- ceTns and ask questions. No action was taken, N.
