A motion was made by Bill Schisler, seconded by Elwin clifton and carried unanimously to approve the minutes of Regular Council Meeting of June 2, 1992 with the following corrections: page three add the last name of Terry to read "Terry Bown" and page four under "H" correct spelling of "blight". A motion was made by Bill Schisler, seconded by Helen Key and carried unanimously to approve the 3oint Study Session of the Marana Town Council/Marana Citizens Budget Committee of June 1992 and the Joint Study Session of the Marana Town Council/Marana Municipal Property Corporation of June 2, 1992. Dan Groseclose, 14200 W. Imogene P1, Marana Dan Groseclose addressed the Council with concerns regarding the Water Budget and Mr. Groseclose stated he does not see how the Water Budget is balanced. A motion was made by Jo Rex, seconded by Eddie Honea and carried unanimously to revamp the Water Budget and bring it back at the next. Council Meeting. Eddie Honea asked that he along with Dan Groseclose, Roy Cuaron and Roy Laos be involved in the process. A motion was made by Helen Key, seconded by Bill Schisler and carried unanimously to approve the FY 1992-93 tentative budget, in the amount of $3,151,426.00, as proposed herein and to sched- ule a special meeting of the Town Council on Tuesday, 3une 30, 1992. A motion was made by Eddie Honea, seconded by Helen Key and carried unanimously to rescind ordinance 92.08. E. Proposed Summer Town Council Retreat - Discus~iQE And APtioo. A motion was made by Eddie Honea, seconded by Helen Key and carried unanimously to schedule a 3oint retreat to include Mayor and Council, Town Manager, Town Clerk, Town Attorney, Police chief and Public Works Director. That the Retreat begin at and the presentations be in the morning and the afternoon be left free for general discussion with Council and Staff. F__=.
