Transit Program, • Mr, Goff also stated that there would be a Public Meeting at the Marano Town Hall on March 11, 1993, at 7:00 P,M, A motion was made by Bill Schiller, seconded by Daug Mostyn and carried unanimously to support Pima County"s application for Section 18 funding to provide public transportation service far the Marano area. A motion was made by Eddie Honea, seconded by Betty Horrigan to the vote preceding this motion be vacated and that the Council adopt the CDBG programs in the ranking as read by Mr. Groseclose in tonight's meeting. The motion carried with Betty Harrigan and Doug Mostyn eating Nay ~. Resolution Na. 93--09 Pima County/Town of Marano Inter aver n-- ment.al Agreement Between The Town of Marano and Pima Count Division OF Elections For Providing Election Services Tq The Town of Marano A motion was made by Bill 5chisler, seconded by Sharon Price and carried unanimously to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Tawn of Marano and Pima County for provision of services by the Pima County Division of Elections with the cor- rection of changing Section 1 "even" to "odd" year. A motion was made by Bill 5chisler, seconded by Eddie Honea and carried unanimously to approve resolution No. 93--09 Pima • County/Town of Marano approving and intergovernmental agreement between the Tawn of Marano and Pima County Division of Elections G. Ex enditure Reduction Plan Tawn Manager Hurvie Davis addressed the Council stating that revenues from development fees .are taming in, which is helping to reduce the deficient H. Discussion aF a Future Joint Meeting, With The Greater/Marana Avra VAS Chamber of Commerce Renee Basile--Hearse, Executive Director of the Greater Marana/Avra Valley Chamber of Commerce addressed the Council regarding an Economic Development Action Plan and asked that the Town and Chamber as well as the Marana Planning and honing Com- mission meet and wank nut a plan sa that all are going in the same direction. Renee Haisle--Hearse and Hurvie Davis will work together to set this up. Paal Committee Re~art Chairperson Hetty Harrigan stated the committee is working very hard and the School is willing to help as well. Hetty will have rnore to report at the next Council Meeting. K .
