Staff and Council Development Session in Prescott on August 16 and 17, 2003.
Note to file:
Although this meeting was properly noticed, there were no formal minutes taken of this
development session. The session was designed as a brainstorming session to develop a
strategic plan. Bob Lewis from AGTS (Arizona Government Training Service) in
Phoenix facilitated the August 16th session.
Town Manager Mike Reuwsaat led the discussion on Sunday, August 17th by recapping
the Saturday session and noting that Bob Lewis would be providing him with his analysis
of the session and suggesting strategies for moving forward. A copy of that summary
report is attached.
