MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-13
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT
FOR SAN LUCAS BLOCK 2.
WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Block 2, has applied for
approval of a final plat for 126 single-family detached homes on 27.78 acres, including lots 1
through 126, Common Areas "A" (Recreation and Open Space), "B" (Drainage), and "D"
(Monumentation), generally located along Cochie Canyon Trail about one-quarter mile east of
Interstate 10 in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on February 7, 2006 has
determined that the San Lucas Block 2 final plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Block 2 final plat, a 126-lot residential subdivision within the
San Lucas Block Plat generally located along Cochie Canyon Trail about one-quarter mile east of
Interstate 10 in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South, is hereby approved
with the following condition:
1. Condition No. 1 from Resolution No. 2005-92 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 7th day of February, 2006.
