HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2006-014 final plat san lucas blocks 3 and 4 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-14 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT FOR SAN LUCAS BLOCKS 3 AND 4. WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Blocks 3 and 4, has applied for approval of a final plat for 159 single-family detached homes on 44.08 acres, including lots 127 through 285, Common Areas "A" (Open Space), "B" (Drainage), and "D" (Monumentation), generally located along Cochie Canyon Trail about one-half mile east of Interstate 10, in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on February 7, 2006, has determined that the San Lucas Blocks 3 and 4 final plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Blocks 3 and 4 final plat, a 159-lot residential subdivision within the San Lucas Block Plat and located along Cochie Canyon Trail about one-half mile east of Interstate 10 in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South, is hereby approved with the following condition: 1. Condition No.1 from Resolution No. 2005-92 is hereby rescinded. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 7th day of February, 2006.
