HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2006-015 final plat san lucas block 5 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-15 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT FOR SAN LUCAS BLOCK 5. WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Block 5, has applied for approval of a final plat for 60 single-family detached homes on 17.6 acres, including lots 1 through 60, Common Areas "A" (Open Space), "B" (Drainage), "C" (Private Park) and "D" (Monumentation), generally located south of Cochie Canyon Trail about three-quarters of a mile east of Interstate 10, in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on February 7, 2006, has determined that the San Lucas Block 5 final plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Block 5 final plat, a 60-10t residential subdivision within the San Lucas Block Plat and generally located south of Cochie Canyon Trail about three-quarters of a mile east of Interstate lOin a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South, is hereby approved with the following condition: 1. Condition No.1 from Resolution No. 2005-93 is hereby rescinded. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 7th day of February, 2006.
