MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-16
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT
FOR SAN LUCAS BLOCKS 6 AND 12.
WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Blocks 6 and 12, has applied for
approval of a final plat for 115 single-family detached homes on 31.48 acres, including lots 61
through 175, Common Areas "B" (Drainage), "C" (Private Park) and "D" (Monumentation),
generally located south of Cochie Canyon Trail about two-thirds of a mile east of Interstate 10, in
a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on February 7, 2006, has
determined that the San Lucas Blocks 6 and 12 final plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Blocks 6 and 12 final plat, a lIS-lot residential subdivision
within the San Lucas Block Plat and generally located south of Cochie Canyon Trail about two-
thirds of a mile east of Interstate 10 in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11
South, is hereby approved with the following condition: .
1. Condition No.1 from Resolution No. 2005-93 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 7th day of February, 2006.
