MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-27
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PLAT FOR WILLOW RIDGE COMMONS.
WHEREAS, CPE Development Company, the developer of Willow Ridge Commons,
has applied for approval of a resubdivision of Block A of the Willow Ridge Block Plat for final
plat approval of a 155-10t single family subdivision, consisting of Lots 1-155 and Common
Areas "A", "B", "C" and "D" on approximately 60.3 acres located south of Cortaro Farms Road
and directly east of the Oshrin Park Subdivision approximately two-thirds of a mile east of
Interstate 10, within a portion of Section 25, Township 12 South, and Range 12 East.
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on March 7, 2006, has
determined that the Willow Ridge Commons final plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Willow Ridge Commons final plat, a resubdivision of Block A of the
Willow Ridge Block Plat for a 155-10t single family subdivision, consisting of Lots 1-155 and
Common Areas "A", "B", "C" and "D" on approximately 60.3 acres located south of Cortaro
Road and directly east of the Oshrin Park Subdivision approximately two-thirds of a mile east of
Interstate 10, within Section 25, Township 12 South, and Range 12 East is hereby approved with
the following conditions:
1. The Town shall not issue any grading or improvement permits until the Developer has
supplied the Town with the approved 404 Permit.
2. The Town shall only issue grading or improvement permits on areas that have been
approved by the Arizona State Museum.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 7th day of March, 2006.
