HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2006-034 final block plat for san lucas block 11 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-34 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT FOR SAN LUCAS BLOCK 11. WHEREAS, BCIF Group, LLC, the owner of San Lucas Block 11, has applied for approval of a final plat for 75 single-family detached homes on 20.58 acres, including lots 1 through 75, Common Areas "A" (Open Space and Drainage) and "B" (Recreation and Drainage), and is generally located south of Cochie Canyon Trail about three-quarters of a mile east of Interstate 10, in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on March 7, 2006, has determined that the San Lucas Block 11 final plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that San Lucas Block 11 final plat, a 75-lot residential subdivision within the San Lucas Block Plat and generally located south of Cochie Canyon Trail about three-quarters of a mile east of Interstate 10, in a portion of Section 22, Range 11 East, Township 11 South, is hereby approved with the following condition: 1. Condition No.1 from Resolution No. 2005-94 is hereby rescinded.
