RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A RELEASE OF ASSURANCES FOR
TWIN PEAKS HIGHLAND AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, Twin Peaks Highland is a 29.8 acre subdivision located west of Silverbell
Road and south of Twin Peaks Road ,containing lots 1-119, and common areas `A', `B', `C' and
`D' is recorded at the Pima County Recorder's Office in Book 58 of Maps and Plats, Page 45;
and
WHEREAS, the Town has an Assurance Agreement assuring the completion of public
improvements; and
WHEREAS, DR Horton, and has completed the public improvements acceptable to Town
standards in accordance with the Assurance Agreement for Twin Peaks Highland; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana as follows:
SECTION 1. Twin Peaks Highland is hereby released from the Assurance Agreements
with First American Title Insurance Company under Trust 9140.
SECTION 2. The Town accepts for maintenance, including maintenance of regulatory
traffic control and street signs, for maintenance, approximately 0.81 miles of the following paved
streets as shown on Exhibit A:
• Star Catcher Drive
• Misty Brook Drive
• Morning Breeze Drive
• Twin Peaks Brook Drive
• Moonfire Drive
