AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING INTO THE TOWN OF MARANA
WHEREAS the owners of at least one half of the assessed
value of the real and personal properties in the area described
'r below and more than one half of the real property owners therein
'~ have presented a petition to the Town Council of the Town of
~~ Marana, Arizona requesting annexation to the Town of Marana; and
c~ WHEREAS said area is contiguous to the Town limits of the
~ Town of Marana; and
~' WHEREAS the requirements of A.R.S. Section 9-471 et seq.
have been met; and
WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona
considers it beneficial to the people of the Town of Marana and
N.m, ~ ~ of the area to be annexed to extend the limits of the Town by

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Town Council of
the Town of Marana that the above annexed area be given the
zoning designation of Zone "E" in accordance with the Town Devel-
opment Code which incorporates the Town Zoning Ordinance except
the following described property which is given the Zoning desig-
nation of Zone "A" in accordance with the Town Development Code
which incorporate' the Town Zoning Ordinance.

All that certain real property, situate in the County of Pima,
State of Arizona, being a part of Section 35, T 13 S, R 12 E,
G&S.R.M., more particulary described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of the southeast quarter
of said Section 35, from which said point a brass disc in con-
