AGENDA TITLE: Resolution No. 2006-44: Relating to Development; approving the
release of Continental Ranch Parcels 56, 57 & 72, and acceptance
of public improvements for maintenance.
DISCUSSION
Approval of Resolution No. 2006-44 will release the Private Improvement Agreement between
Continental Ranch Development, LLC, an Arizona corporation and the Town of Marana,
regarding Continental Ranch - Parcel 56, 57 & 72 as depicted on Exhibit A. Continental Ranch
Parcels 56, 57 & 72 are comprised oflots 1-10. The subdivision is recorded in Book 60 of Maps
and Plats, Page 16, Pima County Recorders Office, Arizona.
In releasing the Private Improvement Agreement, the Town of Marana will accept for
maintenance, including regulatory traffic control signs and street signs, approximately 0.39 miles
of the following paved streets:
. Leilani Drive
. Mamie Kai Drive
. Schisler Drive

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Council approve the release of Continental Ranch Parcels 56, 57 & 72,
and accept the public improvements for maintenance.

MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-44
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING THE RELEASE OF CONTINENTAL
RANCH PARCELS 56, 57 & 72, AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MAINTENANCE.
WHEREAS, Continental Ranch Parcels 56, 57, 72 are a 15.84 acre subdivision located
east of Silverbell Road and south of Cortaro Road, containing lots 1-10 and recorded at the Pima
County Recorder's Office in Book 60 of Maps and Plats, Page 16; and
WHEREAS, Continental Ranch Development, LLC, has completed the public
improvements acceptable to Town standards in accordance with the Private Improvement
Agreement for Continental Ranch Parcels 56, 57 & 72; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana as follows:
Section 1. The Town accepts for maintenance, including maintenance of regulatory
traffic control and street signs, 0.39 miles of paved streets for the following appurtenances, as
depicted on Exhibit A:
a. Leilani Drive
b. Mamie Kai Drive
c. Schisler Drive
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 21 st day of March, 2006.
