A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA,
GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF TUCSON WATER COMPANY FOR
INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITY FOR A PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE STATION
THROUGH THE OLD CORTARO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY EAST OF SILVERBELL ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Tucson Water Company is in need of an ingress, egress and utility
easement for the purpose of accessing and upgrading an existing pressure regulating valve station,
causing the station to become permanent; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of the Town of Marana that the Town
grant the easement to the City of Tucson Water Company for better water service within the Town
of Marana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona granting the City of Tucson Water Company the ingress, egress and utility
easement, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, for the purpose of
accessing and upgrading the pressure regulating valve station.
PASSED AND ADOPTED bythe Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this

WITNESSETH:
That the Grantors, for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, and other valuable
consideration to __ in hand paid by the City, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby convey unto the City of Tucson, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, a
perpetual right-of-way, privilege and easement .for any water pipe or mains now laid or which
hereafter may be laid by the City, together with the right to enter into and upon for the purpose
of maintaining said pipes and mains, including the right of aL~aching thereto meters, fire hydrants,
valves, regulators, services, and all other things necessary in the const~ucUon and maintenance
thereof, and also the right to enter into and upon for the purpose of removing the same at the
sole discretion of the city; said easement being in, on, through, over, across, and under the
following described parcel of land situate in the County of Pima, State of Arizona, to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the city, and to its successors and assigns forever.

CORTARO ROAD/SILVER.BELL ROAD PRV SITE
All that portion of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 12 South, Range 12 East, Gila
and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the east quarter comer of said Section 34;
THENCE North 01°01'01" West along the east line of said Section 34, 888.47 feet to a point on
the northerly right-of-way line of Silverbell Road according to the plat recorded in Book 3 of
Surveys at Page 42, Records of Pima County, Arizona;
THENCE continuing North 01°01'01" West along said east line, 11.50 feet to a point on a non-
tangent curve being the northerly right-of-way line of Silverbell Road as recorded in Docket 8097
at Page 1985, Records of Pima County, Arizona, to which point a radial line bears North
34005'42" East;
THENCE northwesterly along said northerly right-of-way line, along a curve concave to the
southwest, having a radius of 1507.39, through a central angle of 03°05'42", an arc distance of
81.43 feet to a point of tangency;
THENCE North 59°00'00" West along said northerly right-of-way line, 208.20 feet to a point on
the easterly right-of-way line of Cottaro Road according to the plat recorded in Book 4 of Road
Maps at Page 20, Records of Pima County, Arizona, and the POINT OF BEGIlqN'ING;
TH3ENCE continuing North 59000'00" West. 52.09 feet to the centerline of said Cottaro Road;
THENCE North 47017'58" East along said centerline, 169.62 feet;
THENCE South 42042'02" East, 50.00 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of said Cortaro Road;
THENCE South 47°17'58" West along said easterly right-of-way line, 155.00 feet to the POINT
